She is an accomplished project manager and IT Solution Architect with broad knowledge in the areas of Cloud Service Orchestration, Advanced Service Delivery, Mobility Solutions, and Business Process Optimization.She is recognized for thought leadership and development of technical strategy and solutions for Lockheed Martin.
Stephanie has established Product and Service Catalog capability that Lockheed programs leverage to provide immediate impact in reducing Service Delivery costs and improving customer satisfaction. The self-service solution automates complex service orchestration such as Cloud Compute, PaaS, device agnostic SW as a Service, and Mobile Device Management.
She has deployed multiple customer enterprise solutions including HR Personnel Request Management for TSA, Management Information System for DOJ NCJRS, a Commercial Litigation Case Management Product, and three state Medicare/Medicaid Service Desk Solutions. Additionally, she established a corporate Project Management Office (PMO) as well as a Budgeting/Forecasting solution.
She holds several professional and technical certifications such as ITIL V3, Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification, and Lean Leadership (Six Sigma).
